Kingsway Drafting & Design started for one reason: our sister company, Kingsway Builders, kept getting drawings back from outside drafters that didn't reflect how a building actually gets built. Detail callouts that didn't exist on site. Wall assemblies that weren't code-current. Permit sets that bounced back from the City three times.
So we built our own drafting team. Staffed by people who sit beside estimators, project managers, and trades on real jobsites. Every set we issue is checked against how it'll actually get framed, how the trades will sequence, and how the local reviewer is going to read it.
